1. Product Introduction

The XSD series wheel‑bucket sand washer is a type of sand washing machine. It is mainly used for washing artificial sand and aggregate as well as fine sand separation to improve sand quality. It features reasonable structure, easy maintenance, large processing capacity, low power consumption and high washing efficiency.

The wheel‑bucket sand washer boasts a simple structure, which mainly consists of four parts: feeding inlet, transmission mechanism, sand discharge outlet and sand‑washing tank. Please refer to the simplified structural schematic diagram below.

(2). Working Principle

The working principle of the wheel‑bucket sand washer is as follows: 

① After the sand washer is started, the motor and reducer transmit power to drive the impeller inside the water tank to perform continuous circular rotation.

② As the impeller rotates, it stirs, turns over and washes sand‑stone or slag particles in the water tank. 

③ During impeller rotation, sand and stone materials are dewatered inside the impeller and then discharged.
