Xinhai XJ(XJK,A) Type Flotation Machine is widely used for the separation of ferrous metal minerals such as iron, non‑ferrous metal minerals such as copper and gold, as well as non‑metallic minerals. It is suitable for roughing, scavenging and reverse flotation operations in medium‑ and small‑scale flotation plants.

The unique impeller‑cover plate equipped with guide vanes generates abundant micro‑bubbles to enhance agitating performance.
Working Principle
During operation, ore pulp is fed to the center of the cover plate through the ore‑feeding pipe. The centrifugal force produced by the rotating impeller throws out the ore pulp. Meanwhile, negative pressure is formed between the impeller and the cover plate, which draws in ambient air automatically via the air intake pipe. Intense agitation by the impeller thoroughly mixes ore pulp with air, and the air stream is split into numerous fine bubbles. Mineral‑loaded bubbles rise to the froth layer, and froth products are scraped off by the scraper.
