How It Works: Wheat is fed into the hopper, milled at low temperature (flour outlet ≤ 40 °C to preserve nutrients), screened through the 280 mm sieve, and discharged as fresh flour — whole-wheat or fine snow-white flour as needed. Fresh flour goes straight to the shop counter and to nearby breakfast shops for buns and noodles.
