Food processing equipment
The flour milling machine is a grain processing machine built on a counter-rotating roller structure: grain is ground between two rollers turning in opposite directions. Its core process features bran–endosperm separation technology, which improves flour quality indicators, and a full pneumatic conveying system that enables automated processing. The machine handles a wide range of crops — wheat, corn, beans and more — and is commonly used in small processing plants and rural mills. Its compact design and strong power adaptability allow it to be driven by either an electric motor or a diesel engine. As of 2025, mainstream models cover everything from manual to fully automatic operation, and some products offer low-temperature grinding to preserve nutritional content.
In 2024, the industry achieved patent breakthroughs in roller gap adjustment and automatic feeding. In the same year, China's domestic market size exceeded RMB 8.5 billion, with demand for medium-capacity equipment growing notably. The industry is moving toward intelligent manufacturing: in 2025, fully automated flour mills integrating AI and sensors appeared, while domestic equipment quality continued to improve with the application of gradual (layered) milling technology — industrial clusters have formed in Hebei and other provinces.
